There will be no refunds for not passing the First/Aid/CPR/AED or BLS classes or for paying and not attending.
CPR is a physically demanding act taken to potentially save the life of someone who has suffered sudden cardiac arrest. Person's desiring to be certified in CPR will need to pass a written test, after viewing the online videos, and be able to demonstrate/perform 2 minutes of proper CPR. Anyone unable to adequately perform 2 minutes of CPR will be asked to set up a time for remedial training in hopes of passing and acquiring a CPR card.
Anyone unable to pass after remedial training will not be issued a card.
Invoices will be sent out with a payment date one week prior to the class (unless the class signed up for falls within that time). Failure to make payment will result in removal from the roster; you will need to reschedule.
Tundra will be begin charging a $35 rescheduling fee for students who do not attend the class in which he/she registered. This fee applies to those who do not show up for class or those who reschedule less than 24 hours in advance.
All ETT, EMT and Wilderness classes requires a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your place in class. If you pay the full amount for that class and cannot attend, the amount will be transferred to the next class you attend. Any change to this policy will be on a case by case basis.
